Burnaby Toyota dealership ranked first in customer survey
Destination Toyota Burnaby ranked No. 1 out of all Toyota dealerships in Canada for customer satisfaction in 2011.
The rankings are based on surveys of customers by J.D. Power and Associates. The Burnaby dealership scored 97.3 per cent compared to the national average of 92.9 per cent, said its sales manager, Jeff Polo.
While he wasn't sure if this was a first for a Toyota dealership in Western Canada, "it's certainly the first time for a B.C. dealer," Polo said.
"We're awfully proud of that."
