Burnaby man wins $25K in 7-Eleven contest
A Burnaby man has won $25,000 thanks to his coffee habit.
Randy Dean Hedman, 56, buys his morning caffeine fix at his local 7-Eleven most days and recently collected the final game ticket he needed to win the $25,000-collect-to-win prize as part of the 7-Eleven Big Summer Win contest.
“I ran into my house yelling, 'bingo, bingo,' knew that I had won big!” says Hedman. “I’m now finally able to replace my broken-down car with a shiny, new pick-up truck. I’ve never won anything before so it feels just great.”
