The Burnaby Hospital Community Consultation Committee will host an open forum conducted in Mandarin and Cantonese at Crystal Mall, 4500 Kingsway, on Saturday, July 28, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
The forum will be MCed by committee member Thomas Tam, former CEO of SUCCESS, (Cantonese) and Angela Kan (Mandarin) with the help of Dr. Susan Kwan, a specialist at Burnaby Hospital.
Committee co-chairs, Burnaby-North MLA Richard Lee and Burnaby-Lougheed MLA Harry Bloy, will also attend, along with citizen chair Pamela Gardner.
The committee is seeking the community's ideas for the future of Burnaby Hospital, which is currently undergoing a master planning process.
