Historical atlas author to give talk
The Burnaby Historical Society's next meeting on Feb. 13 at 7:30 p.m. features award-winning author Derek Hayes who will speak on his latest book, British Columbia: A New Historical Atlas.
Hayes brings history alive through a variety of maps, photographs, and some amazing stories.
The meeting is at the carousel building of Burnaby Village Museum, 6501 Deer Lake Ave. Visitors and new members are welcome.
