Buskers sought for Lougheed and Brentwood malls

Lougheed and Brentwood Town Centres auditioning buskers to perform, as well as artisans to showcase their wares, at both shopping centres.

Auditions and pre-selections will be held Tuesday, July 26, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lougheed Town Centre. Check in at the customer service centre, located on the lower level.

Selected applicants must be available on Wednesdays and Fridays from Aug. 5 to  Sept. 2. Buskers will be paid a $50 honorarium a day and be allowed to sell their music CDs or DVDs and collect money from mall customers, while will be given an opportunity to sell their products in alloted time slots.
