Fire rages at Burnaby warehouse
Burnaby firefighters are battling a massive blaze that is consuming a warehouse in the city's Big Bend area, on Byrne Road at Marine Way.
The fire has caused the closure of Byrne Road to traffic.
Fortis BC is on the scene as well, as the fire appears to be fueled by a gas leak in machinery at the front of the warehouse.
The fire is also near the set of the Mr. Young television series, as well as the outdoor lot used for filming in such movies as Watchmen.
