Teachers to be entertained by Kick in the Eye

The Burnaby Teachers’ Association will hold a rally Wednesday, March 7, from 4 p.m. at the International Union of Operating Engineers Hall, 4333 Ledger, Burnaby.

As they arrive, members will be entertained by folk-rock duo Kick in the Eye. That will be followed by speeches by B.C. Student Walkout co-organizer Navi Rai, and Joanna Larson, executive member of the B.C. Teachers Federation.

The rally will be followed by a general meeting of the BTA.
