May 31 deadline for school district's online survey on IB
Families interested in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Program returning to Burnaby school district are encouraged to respond to an online survey by May 31.
The survey is part of the community consultation process to determine interest in the program and is available at http://sd41.bc.ca/parents/ibp.htm.
IB is a challenging educational program that includes extra-curricular activities and community service. It was previously offered as a district program at Burnaby South secondary from 1982 to 2003 but was discontinued due to low enrolment.
