Narang new Burnaby school board chair

Baljinder Narang is the new chair of the Burnaby school board after being elected to the post at Tuesday's board meeting.

Narang, succeeds Larry Hayes who served two years in the position.

Ron Burton is the new vice-chair as well as Burnaby's representative to the B.C. Public School Employers' Association. Harman Pandher is the provincial councillor of the B.C. School Trustees Association and Gary Wong is the alternate representative for both provincial bodies.
