Note of gratitude
I wish to express my appreciation and gratitude to the three people who came to my assistance when my motor scooter tipped over at the corner of Nelson Avenue and Kingsway at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 14.
Two young women and another woman lifted the scooter off me. One of the young women called 911 on my behalf and at the request of the emergency dispatcher, stayed with me.
When the ambulance arrived, the young women flagged it down. I never got their names. I greatly appreciate the help these people gave me when I needed it.
