Time to take out the trash

On Sunday, May 5, we travelled to Deer Lake Park to enjoy the beautiful spring weather.

When arriving we were greeted by two overfilled garbage cans, and garbage all over the ground.

I have two questions. Why is it so difficult to take your garbage home with you when you see the cans so full?

Secondly, I saw a Burnaby Parks truck around. Just wondering if it would be a difficult task to take out the old garbage bags, and replace them with new ones.
