Celebrating Burnaby's sports legends
Tickets for the induction banquet for the newest members to the Burnaby Sports Hall of Fame are still available. The banquet will be held Feb. 16 at the Firefighters' Banquet Hall, 6515 Bonsor Ave.
This year's inductees include athletes Dave Chavarria, Jason Delesalle and Michelle Hendry, coach Walt Brandl, builders Jack Taunton and Ted Barton and the 1966 Legion 148 soccer team.
